Rather than going through training because workers are required to, they should have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer must help workers know the significance of correct training. Let them realize that they could kill or injure not only themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make certain that all your workers go through training seriously.
