Raising Safety Standards for Aircraft Maintenance
Great for working on any size of aircraft, the Model 740AJ provides 74 feet or 22.6 m of height and more than 15 m or 51 feet of outreach. It includes many safety features which you need when performing maintenance. The Fall Arrest platform could be included so as to allow you to exit the platform and move an entire 270 degrees around the platform in a radius of 6 feet, and still have fall protection while doing so.
The Soft Touch System is another feature option which will help to reduce any damage to the machine or risk of any accidental contact in aircraft maintenance. This package option provides a suspended padded rail which surrounds the platform basket. There are proximity sensors that de-activate platform movement functions and if the basket comes too near the aircraft surface, the driver is warned.
